Great Place overall if I had to add I would definitely recommend more tanning stand beds instead of just 2. and if possible paper towel in the bathrooms

I appreciate that this gym is 24/7 and that smoothies are available. I like that there are free sessions available every week. The parking lot is well lit at night, which I appreciate as I'm walking back to my car. The attendants are kind. I appreciate the security of scanning in after hours. There seems to be a good selection of machines/weights. The women's bathroom is always pretty clean. I appreciate the water station where I can fill up my water bottle.

I do have a few notes for feedback:
1. I can't find any jump ropes - I feel like usually these are easily accessible at other gyms in the warm up/studio area. Maybe I'm missing something... I plan on asking the front desk attendant next time I'm there!
2. The "View Schedule" button under the "Classes" tab does not work on the website. I would really appreciate being able to see a live digital version of the classes that are available every week.
3. This is a long shot, but I always prefer bathroom stalls that are more private (floor to ceiling, without a gap between the door and the door frame). The changing rooms and the shower stalls seem private enough! I haven't used those yet.

This new gym for me has been way beyond my initial expectations. I've been coming for a little over 3 weeks, and I'm still finding new machines and loving the gym more and more through each workout

Love the variety of classes and facility feels clean.

150lb dumbbells but need heavier ones and maybe dumbbell bench that holds them like this

The bench press with safety arms is awesome, but there's only one of them and need 1 or 2 more as gym gets busier. Sauna with authentic wood, LA Fitness was using plastic. Tanning beds is great 👍 The Italian Machines for triceps really unique and effective, keep up the great work!

First and foremost, the gym is meticulously clean! Everyone from the Front Desk to the sales department, fitness instructors and personal training are helpful and friendly. Together, they create a sense of belonging. I've been a member for about 3 weeks now. I taken a many Group Ex classes. They're fun and energizing! I also started working with a personal trainer who is knowledgeable, inspiring, and pushes me enough without making me feel like I'm trying to do the impossible. So, far...I'm very impressed with the Gym!

I like how the gym staff is always friendly and attentive. Wish there would be some more new equipment or even getting the benches all anchored to the ground so they stop moving around while benching and being crooked

I do like the 24/7 weekday hours

The gym is clean and has tons of free weights, machines and racks. The staff is always super friendly and outgoing.

First of all, I really like my personal trainer, George. Then, the Novi facility is super clean, the staff is very friendly, and the equipment and machines are kept clean and in great working condition. What’s not to like?!
