The gym has a lot of activities to offer according to your needs. I love the Aqua aerobic, Jacuzzi and Sauna.
It’s a great gym! I really like lifting there. I wish there were new rubber-coated lat pull down bars, though. Some are old and falling apart. Everything else is great. The people, the atmosphere, etc are all great!!

The cleanest gym I have ever been to. The extras are a plus also, such as, the bags to put your wet stuff in, the swimsuit ringer and the kind greetings when I arrive by most of the staff.
The gym in West Bloomfield is strictly state of the art. The best!!!

Long story
Staff very friendly and competent. Gym is kept very clean. Members are not so great putting away equipment they’ve used especially the weights, dumbbells, etc.
The friendly staff and the quality of equipment
Many different options to exercise and stay fit. What I don't like is the condition of the men's locker room. It's dark, too little room to move around, showers are way to small, always seems dirty. If I recommended this location it would be with the caveat that the locker facilities are not that very good.
Awesome Gym with the best equipment and good vibes. Only detractor is some of the long-term members monopolized multiple machines and seem to exploit their relationship with management.
Top quality workout machines and free weights. I also noticed a team of cleaning technicians wiping down equipment and the restroom was fairly clean with a crisp fresh smell throughout which is finally a nice change.
Love this club more than Lifetime. Especially love Stephanie and Sandra as instructors!
