overall, nice gym
A clean location, friendly staff, and generally like the people that are there to do work. There is an element of people starting to creep in that are not polite or following the rules of the gym. However, overall, I would recommend this to someone serious about their fitness and with a drive to improve. There are two things I would suggest is making the trainer more accessible, cost-wise. And second would be to better moderate the music, there are some days that are on point and then there are days that there is no place for the songs being played. They are not motivational and are soft chill songs. I know that you have to cater to everyone, but I firmly believe that the music should be upbeat and make you want to move some weight.

gym is well equipped. staff are nice and helpful. it is very clean all the time. particularly the pool and showers are very clean.
I have been going to gyms for several decades. this is the best gym.
I love Novi Powerhouse where I started my gym membership years ago. That's my home gym. I also had added Northville & west Bloomfield gym to my membership more than year I pay but haven’t visited yet. Comfortable to join classes and also instructor are great at Novi location. I Just love this location. But I need to try another gym to. 😀

The gym is nice and the staff help me out a lot. I have went to powerhouse at a different location so it is nice to go to a familiar area.
Great range of equipment. Always clean. Good, large space. Decent at repairing broken equipment (though about the only recommendation I'd make for improvement would be to do this even faster).
Clean environment
I love everything about the gym except the loud music. For some reason the management cannot control the volume. This is the only powerhouse with loud music (over 75-80db) in some areas). The front desk staff seemed to think this is a dance club or an aerobics class. The volume of the music is the only thing I think about that deters me from going to this location.
FYI 75-80db here is some information for you to consider:
How loud is 70 to 80 decibels?
As decibels rise, loudness quickly increases. A 10-dB rise is a 10-time leap in loudness. That means an 80-dB sound (a vacuum cleaner) is 10 times louder than a 70-dB sound (a telephone ringing). And it's 20 times louder than a 60-dB sound (normal conversation).
Please install a control that limits the volume on the music so the front desk staff cannot control it beyond 70 Db.

Clean close affordable and it has a Jacob’s latter that can help u get in the best shape ov ur life
