Clean, friendly and good mix of equipment
I like 24/7 access, but turn off the sprinklers in the parking lot and run them when nobody is there in the middle of the night . I come in the morning and like to park away from people and my car gets soaked
I love how the cleanliness of the whole studio is maintained. Their cleaning staff does exceptional work.
I also appreciate that intimidating behavior is not present. Being an older female, I want to be comfortable, and this place is all that.
Additionally, all the employees and trainers are friendly and welcoming.
I cannot imagine another, better, place to work out. The new equipment is also fantastic. Great neighborhood place to visit and enjoy.

The staff is very nice and the facility is constantly being cleaned. Equipment is well maintained and repairs are done in a reasonable time frame.
Periodically the music is much too loud and not exactly relaxing. The instructor for an exercise group on the track in front also cranks the volume of her portable sound system up too loud. It's heard all the way in back of the gym. Imagine you are on the stair master with it blaring in your ears.
Someone continually locks all of the men's empty upper row of lockers on late Sunday/ early Monday.
Too bad some members seem to not take pride in maintaining others property. Braking the doors off of lockers and taking numbers off the doors.
Should have a camera to monitor. If it is not a privacy issue.

The 24 hour days Monday through Friday. The facility is clean and the equipment is well maintained. The staff is friendly. The little cafe is convenient when needed.

Lots of excellent well maintained equipment. Bright atmosphere. Helpful desk staff. The only things missing are better directions on each machine to help members use the equipment correctly without having to hire a trainer. Another approach would be to have a trainer on the floor at all times to answer easy questions.

I love that you're open 24 hours a day, and the members, along with the regulars, are friendly and engaging. They encourage one another and motivate me to go.
Convenience. I love being able to work out without distractions unlike other gyms who host pizza parties and have alarms if you are too loud.

I only use the pool for water aerobics classes. These classes are excellent! All of the instructors have different techniques, which makes for good variety. The locker rooms are clean, and maintenance does a great job trying to keep the floors as dry and safe as possible. All of the morning classes are very popular. Desk staff greets you with a smile and a "good morning"! Overall, great place to try and stay in shape and stay healthy!
