The gym has everything I need and like, including the high ceilings, windows providing natural light, quality equipment and comfortable temperature. I'm very glad the HVAC system was fixed for this Winter season. Padding on some of the equipment needs replacing.
Gym is excellent. Only flaws are: no napkins or kleenex boxes anywhere. Need to use toilet paper to wipe our noses. Only way to dry hands is air dry. No lotion in the locker rooms. These added amenities would make all the difference in making powerhouse greater than lifetime.

Literally everything! The vibes are immaculate, the way the machines are grouped makes finding machines easily. There are machines I’ve never even heard of available for use. Special shout out to Joe the personal trainer (I couldn’t feel my legs for an hour after one session but I gained so much valuable info/new workouts) and Bella! She’s so wonderful and genuine. Thank you for providing such an amazing place to feel comfortable and confident!

First, your gym has a wide variety of machines, its a brand new gym, and the pricing is reasonable for the amenities that are offered. Also, its very reassuring to see that there's always employees cleaning.
The staff is very friendly and helpful
I like the feel of the gym it doesn't feel crowded due to the size and the amount of equipment they have there. I really like the new equipment they have everything to build the body you want if your willing.
I think this gym has the best equipment of any place in the area. The staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable.

very friendly, helpful staff. would love to see patrons pick up, re rack weights, put equipment away, treat facility nicer. need a bit more organization w/ equipment, etc. but that isn't a big deal.
Equipment is next level. Facility is clean and well maintained thus far. There is an issue with the upstairs drinking fountain by the restrooms, but otherwise I am very satisfied.
What I like about Powerhouse gym's services, in one word: Mackenzie. She's an incredible asset to your team, at Powerhouse. Jeremy as well. They are very friendly and create a unique and personal experience for the members. The top end equipment is a nice change of pace from some of the other gyms in the area. With plenty of options and space to get your sets in without waiting around. The pool, spa and steam room are all great to use, after an intense workout.
Whatever you guys decide to do with some of the remaining free space, I'm sure it will be great. If I was to make a suggestion, I would say an indoor golf simulator would be a great money maker for the gym, over something like a pickleball court. Another good option would be a masseuse or massage room, however, I don't see that being as profitable, as the golf sim could be. Another suggestion would be to add plastic bags in the locker rooms, for wet clothes, after using the pool and spa. Other than that, I find Powerhouse to be living up to its anticipated reputation as the largest gym in the world. Providing an atmosphere just as large for the consumer. The equipment is amazing, and the space is excellent to be able to come in.
Positives of the gym are ten-fold, and I would recommend anyone to join or check out the gym on a guest pass/day pass.
I would recommend as a 15 year gym-goer
- A few more garbage cans in the men's locker rooms, especially near the lockers
- I'm biased, but a self-propelled, manual treadmill would be great near the functional training area to improve the cross-training experience.
Powerhouse has a very large amount of equipment and is spread out the way I like it, the pool and sauna are great as well

The size of the gym. I also like the fact that there are private workout areas. The showers are pretty cold, though, lukewarm at best.
It’s clean new and the pool is warm. Staff is friendly
