Clean facility and friendly staff
I love ❤️ that you have a womens only section! Then to top off my workout is the pool and sauna. A real all services facility.
I like the variety of exercise options available to me - treadmills, weightlifting machines, free weights, classes, water aerobics, etc…. There is definitely something for everyone!

Everyone is always polite, helpful and smiling at the front desk. The facility is always clean! Thank you for enforcing no shoes in the Sauna. Oh, speaking of the sauna, are you able to put a light in there? It's awkward tripping over people in a dark room. :) Keep up the good work!

I love that you offer classes such as pilates. This is what I was looking for.
Also, you have wonderful amenities locking lockers where you don't need a
lock, pool, hot tub etc.
The gym is very clean and the staff very helpful. Having the cleaning staff flood the bathroom floors to clean them is fine, they do a great job, but could maybe do it at a non-peak hour.

I really like the friendliness of the staff. My workout starts with the friendly greeting from staff when I walk thru the door. It makes my work out mood much better.
It’s a beautiful building, a very pleasant environment for working out.

Amazing service
I rated PHG as an 9 out of 10 because the facility is constantly being cleaned, the machines are well maintained with minimal OOO units, and the staff is friendly. I only give 10/10's if they are the best option around and I have to give that title to the WCC fitness facility. They have a pool, indoor running track, multiple rooms for classes, etc. You guys are knocking it out of the park and are an excellent value for the cost of membership. A million times better than the Planet :)
