I like the range of different exercise equipments available and the staff is very courteous. However the TVs on the eliptical machines do not work and it's been for a long time. Also, the locking mechanism for the doors are difficult to operate. I would prefer a different system

Being 58 years old and not one time stepping foot in a gym until August of 2023 I had no idea what to expect and honestly a bit intimidated by the whole thing. I can't say enough positive things about Powerhouse. The atmosphere, cleanliness of the entire facility along with my trainer guy are way better that I had anticipated. Everyone at the facility has been very nice and welcoming right from the beginning. I can't believe how much I enjoy the gym.

Relatable personal trainers. Maddy is amazing. She works well with my injuries but I still feel like I’ve gotten a good workout.
You are usually open, a great variety of equipment, broken equipment is usually fixed within a reasonable time frame.
