AMAZING cleaning crew— Especially the South American woman with reddish hair who works weekdays. 24/7 they focus on the work of cleaning. Makes me feel that I am in a CLEAN gym, including showers, lockers, yoga studio, gym floor, and equipment.
Welcoming desk staff, they say hi & goodbye. And, they sometimes come from behind the desk to organize the free weights.
Good yoga instructors for both slow flow & more intense yoga, available at both AM & PM times.

Personal trainers who are also bodybuilders. They have a unique vantage point, with understanding of and exercises for the lifting equipment and free weights.

Ease of access, decent showers, LOTS of weights and machines, when I mentioned only 1 tbar when there were 4 areas for it a second was ordered and arrived within a week.

Brand new equipment, short wait times during peak hours, friendly staff and active cleaning takes place. Overall, a very nice gym with just about every machine/piece of equipment you could want. There are some minor issues but those come standard with every gym.
I have recommended Powerhouse to a number of friends and colleagues. It's a great facility with the latest equipment. There are many activities offered to meet the requirements of any type of workout. The facility is clean and well laid out. The staff is friendly and very attentive to any concerns. Thanks, you guys are awesome!

Courteous service, customer oriented and hard working attendants, excellent variety and quality of equipment and weights, nice mix of classes, great personal trainers, nice diversity of clientele, catering to a mix of young and older adults - all are made to feel welcome! Also, I appreciate that you have the Silver Sneakers membership, a pool, and saunas too.
