Very peaceful gym! I love it here. I love the variety it offeres with all the different areas, plenty of space to just be in your own zone. Meira Facione took me on a wonderful tour and got me signed up. She made me feel comfortable and motivated. Aryeh Steinberg helped me the other day with a question about weight loss. He was very helpful and motivating as well. I plan to start training sessions with him in January.
Open 24 /7 and it is a clean environment with helpful staff!

I was a former member and it has been about 3 years since I was a member. I and my wife are now members again and we love it. Clean, All the new machines and the locker rooms are nice. A lot member options and classes.

I love the location and appreciate the variety of machines and equipment that’s available. I am still fairly new to this gym but compared to others I’ve gone to , I feel you get quite a bit for the price you pay for a membership. I feel like it’s the best bang for your buck compared to other gym memberships that I’ve had in the past.
IT, S is conveniently located near MY HOME, AND THE FACILITY IS KEPT CLEAN TO MY satisfaction, AND THE staff is friendly.

, Also, A white towel stayed in the same place for 5 days , on the aluminium shelves behind the treadmills , I personally brought it to the front desk .
It means that cleaning is not picking up after members are long gone.
actually i have not been there much this year but when i arrived to see if my membership was still active i was greeted by a friendly smile and he helped me to check my membership and let me check out the remodeling at that novi, michigan outlet. i will be back to use the membership as i did not feel like i should not be there. i was there 12/3 so whomever he was thank you!
