The woman who cut my son’s hair, then mine, was superb. I believe her name was Emily. In fact, it likely still is. She was amazing with the 5-year-old, and with the old guy. She has the perfect combination of skill, professionalism, personality and kindness. She made the entire experience enjoyable from start to finish. Because of her, I would recommend your business to anyone.

We loved this location. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The barber asked questions to make sure my son got the cut he wanted. My son has very thick hair and she gave some suggestions on how to manage it well which was great. No one had ever done that before at the location we usually visit. My son was excited about the hot towel which I guess he hasn’t been getting at our usual location. If I lived closer this would be our new regular spot for haircuts… I may just have to plan more trips to Leduc so we can stop here. My son loves his haircut. I would most definitely bring my boys back here.

Malou provided an exceptional level of service, care and professionalism. She exceeded all of my expectations when it comes to getting a haircut at a barbershop by going above and beyond of what I asked for. I would have been happy with Malou just paying a close attention to my preference and executing with 100% accuracy on it, which she did, but she brought true value by putting an extra effort and going an extra distance in even small and simple tasks. The way she braided my hair at the end just made my heart melt. Malou is awesome and amazing, as a person and at what she does . It is people like her who elevate any business to next level. I hope this feedback makes a strong and persuasive case for giving Malou a raise!
Although part of my services was getting my nostrils waxed so it wasn’t all relaxing haha the person who did it was professional, kinda and knowledgeable!
