I have been going Tommy Gun’s for a number of years now. There are many barber shops closer to my house but I choose the 20 minute drive to Guildford. From the friendly phone exchanges and greetings from B to the exceptional barber service from Ken. I would not contemplate going anywhere else to have my hair styled. Would certainly recommend Tommy Gun’s Guildford.

I’ve found a barber who is truly an artist. Hamid is amazing, he offers me tips on styling and products. His skill and attention to detail is unbelievable. I wish I could feel as good as I do walking out of that shop everyday because the confidence I feel, knowing my hair is exactly how I want it is honestly priceless.

The hairdresser that did my Son’s hair is absolutely amazing. For the first time during our experience with Tommy Guns my Son actually was absolutely pleased with service and the interaction on preferences of his hairstyle and the end product. I think he said the lady’s name was Alice or Alissa, can’t recall, but we were at Market Mall Tommy Guns in the evening time and she did an absolutely amazing job!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff

The barber was friendly and gave a a style that suited my face. I don't know what type of hair style I like. I let the barber pick. He did a great job with the haircut and shave. Highly recommend.

Quick and good haircut

Ray at the front desk is so hospitable, knows me by name and is always so friendly. My hairstylist Mari also knows exactly how I like my haircut and reliably gets it right and done quickly. All good things can’t last forever so I shutter at the thought of having to find a new place to get my haircut. I also really like the use of the app to check in for appointments. I only wish for a customer like myself I could book into the future as I am busy in and out of town and like to plan ahead to know I always can have a fresh cut!
