Spencer is fantastic. He remembers his clients and engages in conversations when they arise. Good guy.
What I find disappointing is how the owners are not fixing things that make the Tommy gun brand. First it was the kiosk and now all the tvs are broken and not being replaced. And the prices keep climbing without the same experience it once was.
If it wasn’t for Spencer being there, I probably would have found a cheaper barbershop by now.

I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner upon arriving. I had a very short wait time. Barber Renee ensured that the haircut was professional and that she listened to my preferences. A great experience.

My old barber was Conrad, he's no longer there, was exceptional, but Brian the new one I was giving did a very good job and I'll be seeing him for a 2nd time when I need another cut.
