Kailey was awesome. I didn’t know what kind of cut to get and she got me right! Will definitely come back to see her again. I didn’t get the name of the lady at the front but she was very nice as well!

The experience of the barber, she listen while I talked and she encouraged me with positive attitude and ideas. Therefore, I will return: Jessica. I also like the hot towel experience and she cared that a wash twice- due to the fact that you do get rid of the hair that’s left over from the cut causing itchiness.

I've been going to Tommy Gunns at the Preston location for awhile now and I've always been treated with respect and with a welcoming attitude but yesterday, both Hamid and the receptionist, I wish I remembered her name, went out of their way to accommodate my haircut

My son loves coming here. He finds the staff really fun and informative and polite. We have been coming for a few years now and he is a hard one to get in a chair but the staff here have been so amazing and informative about his hair choices and he comes out happy every time. Best location ever

My son is 11 and autistic. He doesn’t talk to the hair dressers because the experience of getting his haircut is a lot of sensory issues for him. He had Alicia. Even though he didn’t answer her questions directly, she still asked him first every time instead of defaulting to asking me. Later in the haircut, he started answering her questions by nodding or shaking his head, which shows me that he was starting to feel more comfortable with her. She also taught him how to use product in his hair, something no other hairdresser has taught him. I have never had a bad experience but Alicia went above and beyond making him feel seen.
