The listened to the wishes and double checked along the way, and even though my kids (who were having the haircuts done) are little, they still made them feel like roackstairs and gave them the full deal with the scalp massage with hair wash warm towel on the face and blow dry! They were so good with the littles!

Sarah is a legend! She gives me a perfect cut every time. Tommy Gun's app makes it easy to book, the communication (follow-up phone call to confirm appointment) is excellent and the Langford location is easy to find and well-located. Very reasonably priced as well!

The check-in counter person was delightful, helpful and personable. A welcomed professional. My barber was personable, very experienced and made my session superlative. This was my first visit to the shop, and my commitment is that it is far from the last time that I will frequent my technician and your shop. Kudos on hiring such a talented individual/professional.
