Truthfully, the whole experience, checking the app to see if my barber was in, doing check-in on the app to just showing up sitting down. The haircut is always phenomenal. Dennis is the king at cutting hair. Only person I let do my hair is him. I will wait for him after haircut refreshments everything about this place is phenomenal. The front end staff were very personable, cheery and overall great.
