Gentleman at entrance was super kind. Girl with red hair at the concession counter was helpful, informative, and knowledgeable. The guys that came into the theater to clean up were courteous and immediately available after the movie. The theaters were clean (we saw 2 movies) and the temperature was extremely comfortable.

Manager was super friendly when I needed help. The person who took my ticket at the entrance was so nice in greeting my family. The concessions area was clean as well as the theater.

Very clean. Casher and other employees were very polite and respectful. My son and I enjoyed our movie together. I have spoken to friends and family to come to the movie theaters.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. They helped me with the ticket kiosk because I couldn't see the screen very well. They even welcomed us back because its been 9 months since we have been there. Thank you Santikos family.

I can't believe the remarkable upgrades and changes! I haven't visited the NW14 in over 7 years. I love modernization. Also, the popcorn dispensers...I have never seen those elsewhere! Great reclining seats with personal tray/tables.
