What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I just received and email about the precautions that are being taken by the staff of the theater for the recent COVID-19 outbreak. It says the staff cleans and sanitizes the seats and tables every day and between showings. This is not quite true. I took my family to see Onward on Wednesday at 10:30 am in theater #5 and you can tell the seats had been wiped down but the tables where extremely dirty. I knew the risks of taking my children out in public during this outbreak so I brought my own Clorox wipes to clean the seats and tables. I was hoping since this was the first showing of the day that the theater would be cleaner. So the theater was not cleaned the night before. The seats had been wiped down I could see the wipe marks but one of our seats hand some sort of candy wiped on it and the tables. The point I am trying to make is they are not cleaning the theaters very well.

I love this theater and I will visit again. The staff is very nice and the ticket prices are affordable. I'm only writing this because of the email I received not being true.

We enjoyed the fact that we could refill our popcorn and drinks and the seating is great! I also like that Santikos has employees with disabilities or special needs working, that shows that you accept all people.

Small setting. Once you do a reclining seat, you don’t want to sit in anything else. We will pass on a theatre with non reclining seats. Service is usually quick. The theatre has been updated. Food is good.

The Northwest is definitely one of my favorite theaters! Great service and I love the size of the auditoriums 🤗 The self-serve popcorn dispenser is definitely a huge plus 😍
