What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The environment, staff how clean the theater and auditorium was. The all in all friendliness of the employees. The self serve popcorn and soda pop is a plus. But the main reason I keep going back to the northwest Santikos theater is the lower prices. I pass up two theater’s on the way to northwest Santikos. And they are regal fiesta and regal huebner oaks. But I am a loyal customer I enjoy your lower prices and service. Thank you for your time.

I recently had to refund my Fast9 tickets. Carmelo was kind and respectful. I wish the movie hadn't been postponed but I understand why.

In spite of all the insanity due to coronavirus, the personnel at this theater remain courteous and friendly. It's nice to buy tickets from a real person and not a machine. I drive extra miles to this theater (I have one much closer to where I live) but I appreciate the early bird price and then can afford to buy popcorn or a drink.

It was great. I was never close to anyone as we parked and walked in bought our popcorn and drink that we served ourselves. We sat 2 seats away from other people as per your seating arrangements already in place.

The detail that everybody was showing on disinfecting the facilities for the safety of the customer was outstanding, the cleanliness of the whole theater was exemplary. All the employees smiled and were greeting nicely, Santikos is above and beyond in the best theater chain in the universe.

Since the spread of covid-19. I have never seen the theatre so very, very clean. It was awesome.
I am not to cray about the recliner chairs, they are awkward and not as comfortable as they appear to be. I suggest a few regular theatre seats be added for those with other preference. Also suggest additional bench or benches right outside each theatre for those who are waiting.
other then that I love SANTIKOS.
