This was the first visit dying the Pandemic. We felt very safe and received amazing service. I felt very safe. There was plenty of hand sanitizer and Santikos offers gloves to touch soda machines and games. We look forward to going back again soon.

The theater is one of our favorites because the employees are so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The General Manager, Greg I believe was his name, brought our tater tots over to us personally while we were filling our drinks instead of us getting to our seats and then getting the text message that they were ready. Upon leaving, he made sure to ask us if our food was good. We had 2 slices of pizza that were HUGE, a hot dog with jalapenos, tater tots and drinks. I would like to mention that Daniel who took our order was also very accommodating and kind and helpful in making our selection, etc. These people made us feel as though we were their number one customers. It seemed as though they did this to everyone who came through. This theater is not the closest to our home but it had the best movie times for the show we wanted to see. However, we will continue to return here as we loved the customer service, the comfy comfy recliners and how clean it was. The theater was the cleanest of all the Santikos Theaters we have visited in the last year. We have been going to the movies since they reopened the theaters after the virus shutdown. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well as took into consideration of the current COVID pandemic by taking precautions to ensure movie goers were safe by wearing masks, cleaning the theaters, and offering gloves to use the drink and popcorn machines (first time I have seen this anywhere!). I also do like the theater offering limited seating to promote distancing which works well in small groups but when large groups are there it defeats the purpose as large groups will want to sit together thus having some guests closer than intended by the limited seating layout. When I went in a group of 3 it was manageable to sit together and maintain distance from others but a large group of 6 or more had sat close to other guests which did not affect me but it would have bothered me if I was near a large party especially since I would like to enjoy the movie without wearing my mask for the whole movie as well as having a person who may be asymptomatic spreading germs directly behind me. Other than this concern, I love Santikos and appreciate the lengths Santikos goes through to ensure I/we can enjoy the theater experience again.

I just thoroughly enjoy going to the Northwest theatre. I've been going for about 35 yrs. Everyone is friendly and courteous.

The theater was amazing, however due to covid I assume the price have gone up again on Concessions which is expected but the popcorn is always horrible at the Northwest 14 location

Everyone was friendly and your complying with the covid 19 by having gloves and sanitizer, making sure everyone is 6feet away.i had a great time over there on Thanksgiving. Keep up the good work .I'll be back soon .

It would be nice if you all would let us know on times, (or Post in your web site), you are open on all of your theaters When to see a move, a guy can out and told it was closed. If we had known , we would not gone, we wasted our time. Have a blessed night.
