Everyone who works at the theater are always so kind and courteous to me and my mom. We go to the Northwest theater quite often. They seem to go beyond the call of duty to make sure my mom is happy. She's 77yrs old and soaks up the attention & kindness of the staff. Thank you Northwest Theater Staff.

The experience was great ! The NorthWest Santikos family was awesome at welcoming to the theater and had hot popcorn and butter waiting for me and my daughters. And very exceptional clean and no fuss getting our favorite drinks at the self serve area .

The friendliness of the staff. The seating arrangements for COVID purposes. I've always loved the atmosphere here and I've been coming to this theater since I was a kid, I'm 36 now. It's not loud and unnecessarily huge like the newer theaters.

Very very courteous staff. Friendly greetings. Popcorn great. Covid procedures for the staff.
Thinking would be nice to offer disinfect wipes as entering theaters for those that don't bring their own.
We bring our own to wipe our seats n tables.
