I love watching movies at NW 14. I don't like that I can't access my reward points on the kiosk outside. Sometime the lines are slow at the counter. Great atmosphere!!

Everything was excellent. Service, movie, popcorn, the only thing was I didnt realize they do not accept cash at the register's. That was a hassle, to get in another line and buy a gift card.

I love the recliner seats. We went during the week with hardly anyone int the theater with us. It was great.

I used the Santikos app to purchase my movie ticked its was a lot quicker and easier to retrieve them. The concession stand was neat and clean, associate was friendly as well as efficient. Theater stadium was clean and easily accessible.
