Very clean. Casher and other employees were very polite and respectful. My son and I enjoyed our movie together. I have spoken to friends and family to come to the movie theaters.

The staff was very courteous and friendly. They helped me with the ticket kiosk because I couldn't see the screen very well. They even welcomed us back because its been 9 months since we have been there. Thank you Santikos family.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I can't believe the remarkable upgrades and changes! I haven't visited the NW14 in over 7 years. I love modernization. Also, the popcorn dispensers...I have never seen those elsewhere! Great reclining seats with personal tray/tables.

I have not been to the movies since before the pandemic started. I heard your theater was very safe and following COVID safety protocols. I was very impressed and was happy to finally go
to a theater and see a movie again.

Haven’t been here in like 20 years. Was pleasantly surprised by the remodel. Like the fact it’s still a small and cozy theater. Tickets are cheaper here, too, but concessions are still high and popcorn wasn’t that fresh. Movie watching experience was great, though and they have a very friendly and helpful staff! Games are kind of pricey ($5 for 3).
