The staff is really nice, I get great Edward's, and it's not an over-packed theater. You feel safe with your kids andfamily.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

You guys have not only stepped up your game, you have changed the game. I have ZERO desire to go to any other theater (other than Embassy). You have spoiled me with your huge reclining chairs, swivel tables, wide aisles, larger menu and a well stocked bar. We enjoy the 4-6 PM matinee pricing. While I have a nice TV set up at home, you make going to the movies an enjoyable experience again. And the fact that you give to local charities is icing on the cake. Thanks!

I enjoy coming to this theater!!! Everyone is very polite, popcorn is fresh, and the seats are amazing! I feel like I am in an arm chair at my house. I would 100% recommend this theater to everyone!

I love the recliners and space in the theaters. I do think they need to have more people on registers when there are slower cashiers working.

One thing I first noticed is how clean Santikos Embassy is, lobby, restrooms and theaters. Reclining seats and new screens are a huge perk to go along with the always friendly staff and management.

Good service, bar, excellent seating- one suggestion - please give customers an option of single hot dog purchases. Currently, we have to buy a hot dog combination with fries. I prefer just a hot dog and pop corn- not fries. Thank you

Nice theater lobby and very comfortable seating in a much smaller capacity theater; much better viewing experience. Well lite for safer movement in/out of theater. Also swing arm individual trays a good idea but I do wonder how often they are cleaned/sanitized.
