I love the remodel that was done. However, I do have a complaint about purchasing tickets on the santikos phone app. During seat selection, the seats show the pod configuration the new seats have. The last 2 movies I have bought tickets for, the pod layout on the app did not match the theater. Check the seating in Theater 6, Row F. I selected seats 9 and 10. On the app, they show as a single pod where the armrest can be raised. In the theater, they are separate pods. Please feel free to contact me directly at Phone number removed if this is not clear.

I've been going to Embassy since I was 8...I'm now 36. My father an I have a monthly tradition of going to dinner and a movie. So as long as Embassy stays open, we'll continue going.

I loved the service that you provided for our troop. We were able to pre book at a reduced rate. Wonderful experience. Also, the concessions was super helpful by putting the kids pack on each of the children's tables.

Theater seats are comfortable and appear clean. I am able to pick my beverage and get a refill if I so choose. Has a bar in the lobby.

The new recliner seats are amazing. I love the whole "Hollywood" feel of the decor.

I have always preferred the Embassy. It is close to home and it has a better atmosphere than Northwoods Regal. Now I love the reclining seats and the nonprofit idea

The new seats at embassy location. Kinda bummed they took away the Icee Machine though. I do have a question though... why does the dr. Pepper taste weird? It's more like Mr Pibb. And just one more thing.... that silence your phone clip with the couple & Jurassic park movie drives me nuts.. I don't jknow if it's the acting or actors...

everything except your online booking system when you try to book 3 seats you can't set together put one seat apart. I have to buy 4 seats so we all can seat together. It's a flaw in your CODE you need to have your programmers fix it should be a simple iF statement in the code

I like the easy access to purchase tickets and select the seats I want. I also like the cleanliness of the theater and the comfortable chairs. The one thing that makes me want to go to these theaters is that the money we invest is injected back into the community.
