EVERYTHING from the person who sells the tickets to the last greeting received when you leave. I LOVE the renovations made and the seats are most comfortable. We try to experience movies at the Embassy as much as possible.

I'm a long time, loyal "frequent flyer" with Santikos - for multiple reasons, not the least of which being how Mr Santikos arranged the business structure of his company and thereby ensured the continuation of his already wonderful legacy of philanthropy and contributions to support our community.
There was staff ready to greet and most importantly ready and very attentive to help from outside to inside.

The chairs are AWESOME!!! The theaters are quieter and you can focus on the pure experience of the movie! I've never enjoyed movies so much!

I love the new recliner seats and snack bar. I also like being able to reserve my seat. I am concerned that Santikos will lose a lot of money with the new policy of not requiring an agent
to take tickets. Most people will try and see your movies without buying a ticket, once they
know that you no longer check tickets. Also, there is no longer a need to pay full price, if no
one is checking for child, military and senior discount. I am an honest person because I am a Christian, but sadly I have found that many people are not honest and if they can get in for free,
they will. I have already told many friends about your new recliners and your theater is now my favorite! Thanks for the BEST seats in San Antonio.

The reclining seats are comfortable and well spaced.
I like the new Embassy in 78216. The ticket selling kiosks are convenient. I always meet nice employees at the food place, but my last visit the concession failed to offer to use my rewards towards my popcorn price. I think everyone should ask and look to see if there are points to use!
