The comfortable, big, reclining seats. The ability to purchase reserved seats ahead of time. And, the wine selection is very well done.

The theaters have great seats and customer service is great. Had 2 problems, one was while I was at the theater and the other was submitted online and the issues were resolved right away. Great service, great resolutions and overall a great place.

I like the comfortable seats and the reasonable ticket prices. The food was good also and I like the variety the self-server soda machines offer.

the atmosphere, the seating is my favorite of any theater I've ever been to. we will not be going to ANY other theaters anymore. don't have to worry about that stupid kid behind you kicking your seat or the overprotective father who gets mad because you said something.
