I love the seats! They’re so comfortable. I’m here just about every weekend. The employees are really friendly, and I love the Coke freestyle machine. The food is always very good as well & reasonably priced.
The only thing I wish they’d update is the kiosk outside. Since I signed up for the rewards program after they stopped issuing cards, I don’t have a rewards card & the kiosk doesn’t let you enter just your ph# into the screen so every time I use the kiosk I have to take an extra step to get my rewards & go to the box office.

Every movie going experience is great at Embassy 14. Love the recliner seats, they are much better at Embassy than at Paladium.

The Theater (Embassy 14) renovation has made it a destination venue. Well done.

Opportunities: Improve your website functionality and ease of use. Tweet your rewards program to foster and encourage more visits. Example, free large popcorn or large drink every 3rd visit. Offer an Annual Club program. Example, a 12 movie pass for the price of 10. You get you money up front. Preferred seating for Annual Club members. Just some random thoughts

Great customer service! I always see smiling faces on staff. The theater itself is clean, comfortable, has great sound and picture quality. There are affordable prices on concession as well as a great selection of food. Easy purchase of tickets from all the different ways offered.
