Not a bad seat in the theater--even on the front row thanks to the lean back capability.

And pizza need more to add more Pepperoni's on ithe pizza with pizza sauce more on t to add he pizza .

I like that it’s smaller, love the recliners and love the option of having a glass of wine from the bar. The staff is always very friendly too.

I love the comfortable and roomy reclining seats. I like the cup holders and tray tables. I love the lobby design and beautiful decor. I love the “extravaganza” ticket prices. The popcorn is great. My favorite part is that by going to a Santikos I am supporting my city and making it better.

Thank you for hosting these events. Your customer service exceeds expectation. The last time I was there, I dropped my pizza and you replaced it and were very kind and attentive about the whole incident. Thank you Embassy!

The Theater is being upgrade amazingly, I don't like the change of prices, if I go early until 2pm is expensive, if I go between 4-6 is super fair price then again extra expensive after 6pm.

I love Santikos Embassy theatres since 1994, that I started to go, since then even I moved to Bulverde, I would Not go anywhere else maybe ones in awhile to Palladium but it's too crowded.

Santikos even so it is expensive for me, specially the food, because it's so nice, seats are great, people are friendly, except when they started to register people's purses, makes me so uncomfortable!

I always manage to bring my family on weekends to enjoy movies bonding as family since kids and now with grandkids, ;)

However, I am on a gluten free diet for medical reasons. I ordered a cheeseburger with no bun and tostada chips instead of fries. I was told they would provide this time without an up charge, but not in the future. If I'm forgoing the bun and fries, seems like an additional charge shouldn't be necessary.

Awesome theatre and awesome food !

Hello! I have high concerns regarding employee hygiene (and hygiene of customers) because of the way the bathrooms are set up. Although I am a fan of hand dryers for cost saving as well as paper saving purposes, the way the doors are set up make it impossible for employees to leave with clean hands. Because of the direction the door swings, it requires one to grasp the handle (that has been touched my numerous people who do not wash hands) in order to open and exit the bathroom. If one could simply push the door to exist, it would avoid anyone from decontaminating their hands with bacteria and possible fecal material. Appreciate you providing an avenue for customers to provide feedback!
