It’s super convenient to use the app to reserve seats prior to a movie, and I love that ALL seats in the theater recline. The swing out tables are wonderful — pull them close to eat and push them aside when finished or ready to get up. Most importantly, I love that Santikos gives back to our community. Overall, a terrific experience. Thank you!!

EVERYTHING...The staff is courteous...the staff is VERY efficient...if there is a problem in one of the theaters...the staff will address it immediately...be it to get someone to put away their cell phone..get parents or guardians to take care of their unruly kids...get groups (usually) to sit down...shut up and watch the movie and let others to watch the movie...I go nowhere else.

Area of concern: I noticed a side access door that was not closed tight (someone could access from outside). I pointed it out to an employee and re entered the movie. On the way out, I noticed it was still not closed. In this day and age of security, I see this as significant. It was at embasy and the side door closest to max and Louis.
The concessions were quick and friendly. The theater was nice and clean. Its always a great experience at Embassy to watch movies.
My wife and I enjoy going to this theater very much. We drive from new braunfels at least once a week just to come here. Harley always treats us very well and so do all of the other staff. We recommend this theater to all of our friends!

The snack cashier man was super nice which made my night. I come here all the time because of the spacious reclining seats and the lack of big annoying crowds and in always telling my friends how great a place the Embassy is!
