Online access to services is easy and I like the reward points program. Staff at Embassy are typically friendly and professional. I love the heart-healthy choices on menu and also bar service.

Well, it starts with Mary when I buy my tickets. F-I-n-a-l-l-y, someone decided to redesign the point of sale station so she AND the customer no longer feel like they have to strrreeetttch across a mountain to exchange cash and tickets.
Then, we get to the sears and veg-out...that’s great when I don’t feel like I’m in a deep-freeze or with boom boxes hanging around my head when ada are playing.
Overall, the Santiko’s experience for me has magically improved. But, you gotta keep Mary!! She’s funny and she smiles :)

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Amazing experience. The seats are plush and have power incline/decline + power foot rests. These new amenities really help justify the expense of seeing a movie in a Santikos theatre. Excellent Job Team.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Theater is always clean, restrooms are clean, seats are comfortable, refreshments are reasonably priced with a good selection, and staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. We especially like the weekday $5 popcorn/drink special, as it is the perfect size for seniors.

The recliner seats are comfy. Theaters are too cold---but ok if you bring a sweater or blanket.

We enjoy the recliners and the ability to purchase our seats in advance. The refreshments are also very good. Slightly overpriced, but good. We also enjoy the free movies at 10 am in June. We love to bring our grandchild. We are looking forward to going to the new Santikos theater in Cibolo, Tx.

Santikos Embassy is my favorite theater. I am glad that they are now checking tickets,
as I have previously witnessed people seat hopping when a ticketed person showed
up, including having to ask someone to get out of my ticketed seats.
