WE LOVE the reclining seats has enabled me to come to the movies often since my car accident I was unable to come and fully enjoy a movie without having to get up every 15 to 20 minutes to readjust so that the pain in my lower back wouldn't become unbearable. I really like that we can order food and be buzzed when ready for pickup. The theatre is very nice and clean, Plus its made so easy now with no lines for buy tickers.

I like being able to add my own butter instead of having to ask someone behind a counter like they are doing me a favor. That is one of the biggest reasons we drive past two Regal theaters to go to Santikos

Every time I go I always enjoy my time at Santikos. I enjoy the service they're quick and friendly and the theater is always clean. I love having the seats recline since my body always hurts and they're super comfortable which makes the experience watching movies so much more fun and relaxing.

I love our Embassy Santikos theater. The seats are so comfortable. It is kept very clean, esp. the bathrooms even when busy. I like knowing I can sit where I want to sit and reserve a seat earlier. I appreciate that they honor the movie pass.The employees are friendly and always helpful.

Very clean inside and outside.
Small theaters with nice recliners, all nice and clean!
Attractive and courteous staff!

One thing that does need attention is the toilets. Although they are nice modern toilets, I guess the general public tends to be a bit messy but maybe someone could go in there more frequently to try keep it clean?

Santikos Embassy provides fast and amazing service. The food is delicious and the self serve butter and soda area is always clean. The reclining seats and stadium seating keeps us coming back!
