Embassy 14 is our favorite movie theater in San Antonio. staff is attentive. we like the food. the seats are the most comfortable of any theater in the city.
Everyone is always so kind and hospital. So much care taken into consideration with the new atmosphere that faces us. We felt very safe to be attending a movie at Santikos Embassy and look forward to another visit in the near future.

I went to the theater for the first time since COVID threw us into lockdown super nervous since the virus is still rampant but the Santikos Embassy location blew me away. The staff we interacted with were distanced but quick and courteous, everything was spotless, i loved thr disposable gloves by the drink/butter/napkin station and we had plenty of room in our screening. Already planning my next visit and I've recommended several friends visit as a way to dip their toe back into public activities. The only thing I didn't see much of were antibacterial dispensers, if I didn't just overlook them I believe they'd be a great addition.

This was our first visit back to the theater since the Covid shutdown. Santikos has put into place many safety procedures which allowed us to enjoy our movie and popcorn without feeling like we were putting ourselves in danger. Thanks, santikos!

You MUST wear a mask to gain entry!
I accidentally forgot mine in my car.....not really thinking. One of the employees very kindly asked if I had one to wear. I walked back to my car, put the mask on and returned to the front door! The employee thanked me for go back to get it! He had very good manners!!! 😃
