My experience was good. On-line ticket purchase was a breeze. Walked in and gentlemen was friendly as he asked the Corona Virus questions. Young man at snack counter patiently waited on us. Theatre was clean and good sound.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

My first foray out of my house, other than to get groceries, was to the Palladium on 26 May for "How to Build a Girl." I am a movie aficionado and was elated to see the level of sanitation. I've been to Santikos Palladium and Embassy to see 12 more films since then. The "welcome back" after the previews is cute and the gathering to honor 2020 graduates was so kind. During the closure, I've heard, Santikos took good care of your employees with continued health care.

Before COVID-19, I rarely went to films at a non-Santikos theater -- in fact, only when the JCC had their festival at the Quarry and I was NOT IMPRESSED.

We had good seats the staff was all friendly and attentive to the customers. We were able to get our tickets and snacks with no issues at all.

I used my complimentary ticket to escape in to a dark and cool environment in extremely comfortable chairs. Very enjoyable.

Great updated theater! The recliners are awesome! I also.love the friendly staff and the fact that I can get my own butter for the popcorn.

I appreciate the fact that Santikos is open during this recent crisis. It has been my wife's and my escape for a night out.

Was our first movie trip since the reopenning and it was great! Theater was clean, staff was friendly ans helpful and the theater wasn't pack. Was a very relaxing experience! We live the throwback movies too!

I like how Cibolo santikos opens the door for you as your walking in as to limit exposure to touching as few things as possible this was not the case at Embassy other than this it was a good experience

Our experience was great, the theatre was clean, the seating was limited and spaced out perfectly. Gloves were available at the drink area, and employees were all wearing masks.

Love the in theater experience, and appreciate the opportunity to see first run films I didn't see on the first run. Older classics are also a delight to see again on the big screen.
