I like the ticketing system and seat assignments on your app. I would like to find a way to do a one time fee for all tickets bought versus 1.00 per ticket. But otherwise the theater is always clean and the staff is always pleasant and helpful

Actually, my comment is not about the imax but about the vip theater. Seats are great and i will go back but the advertising says 18 and over. While I was there at least 5 children were in the theater and the oldest could not have been older than 12. More than 1 phone was in use at the time and one little brat even took a photo of the screen during the movie. If you are not going to enforce the age restriction you should not advertise it as so. That is false advertising.

"Purple Rain" was a movie that requires the music experience. The sound system allowed that to happen.

I bought 4 tickets to Watch a movie in the IMAX theater on April 17th but was told that the power went out and none of the movie rooms were functioning. I received a rain check and was told I would be able to redeem the rain check for any movie at any time. I went to the Santikos Palladium on May 1st to use the rain check to watch Civil War for May 8th. I was told by the cashier that I was not able to use it for that movie since it was a new release and that I would not be able to get my money back. My family and I are loyal Santiko costumers and have not been to any other theater for 14 years. I felt as if my request was ignored and nothing was done to resolve the problem. I have never complained before because I have never encountered a situation where I felt I was not taken care of. I feel that the power outage was not my fault and I should be able to use the rain check to watch any movie at any time like promised.

Joe Martinez, the bartender. Guy deserves a promotion. His personable, sincere and customer oriented approach is one of the main reasons we pass up every other theatre driving across town to the Palladium.
