I needed to exchange tickets that I bought using the Santikos App. I spoke to a manager at the Palladium theatre and he quickly and easily changed my tickets and assigned seats and told me that my tickets would be available for pick up when I arrived to see the movie. It was a simple interaction.There was no haggling or any difficulty getting what I asked for.

How the theaters cleanness and friendly atmosphere
There is no comparison to the imax experience.
First of all I want to say that I love Santikos and I have been a loyal customer for a long time. My past experience was great Mr. David Medina does a great job by training his managers like Eli Perez to treat customers like myself with great customer service. Eli did a great job greeting my wife & I with great eye contact and very attentive with our order of food and movie choice. He also make sure that movie area was very clean like the dinning area and the customers restrooms. So great job and my wife I will be going back for more movies. Thank you again Mr. Media.
Santikos provides the best theater experience in town. Especially your IMAX screenings. The sound is always incredible.

If you check my rewards card, you will see my husband and I frequent several of your theaters. I chose Palladium to propose an idea. I would suggest you consider offering baby sitting services at this theater. It's more upscale than the rest and I believe with the food offered there, parents would be willing to have their children with them...they can eat and then enjoy a movie. Pagers could be provided if a parent is needed. There would be a set amount of time to watch children and a movie ticket would have to be provided.
