Reserved seating, friendly (and helpful) staff, and options for both food and drink outside of standard concession stands. The Palladium is my go-to theater for any release.

Cleanliness, personnel awesome attitude, "calmed" atmosphere (younger custmers are well behaved, unlike Silverado at 1604/ Bandera where teenagers are dropped off to "be babysitter")
