What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I like the theater & the assigned seating makes things so much easier. What I don't like is the snacks available-- everything is so big & there is only $1 difference between the large & regular combos, which makes me want to get the large because it's a better deal. However, even the regular size was more than I really wanted. I often get the kids size because of that - but I don't want the teddy grahams that also come with it..or the soda. Bottom line....I wish there was a smaller size of popcorn available and/or a combo that could come with a bottle of water.

The event that made this Santikos experience a very good one for us was a act of kindness by the Palladium staff. Unfortunately, right after our movie started our daughter started feeling ill. She continued to feel worse to the point we had to leave the movie so she could go throw up. Upon hearing that our daughter got sick, and we would not be able to enjoy the movie, the Palladium staff refunded the money for our tickets so that we could return at a later date to enjoy the movie. Thank you very much for your act of kindness. We truly enjoy going to your theater, and this act further solidified our intent to return to your theater soon.
