The Palladium is the best theater in town. The only thing that I don't like about it is that it provides designated parking for motorcycles, but it doesn't keep cars from parking in those spots and they say that they can't do anything about it when it is brought to their attention.

I like the variety of movies, theater options and food options.

My biggest complaint though was I ordered two appetizers from your cafe. It was not a busy time at all (5:00 on a Friday night). I ordered fried pickles and loaded tater tots.
3 people who ordered after me got their "meals" before mine came out...when I complained (I asked why I was waiting so long for my food when others after me had received theirs). I was told, "sorry, let me check on it." I was handed the loaded tater tots within 3-4 mins after my complaint but still waited almost 10 more minutes for the fried pickles. This tells me someone forgot to make my order until I complained. The cafe was not busy at all which is all the more frustrating for the wait I had, and again no explanation as to why there was a delay even though it was obvious. I really would have appreciated a sincere apology/explanation. I was really disappointed in what took place.

Number one is the super clean and modern facility, The theater is very inviting and my family and I feel very safe and comfortable. The customer service is always great with your staff members always being so very helpful and friendly. A great experience overall.

Reserved seating, friendly (and helpful) staff, and options for both food and drink outside of standard concession stands. The Palladium is my go-to theater for any release.
