Cleanliness, personnel awesome attitude, "calmed" atmosphere (younger custmers are well behaved, unlike Silverado at 1604/ Bandera where teenagers are dropped off to "be babysitter")

It is a very nice theater. It is well taken care of. The staff is friendly and tries to do the best that they can. The Palladium IMAX is probably the best movie theater in San Antonio.

I've never had a bad experience here. The staff are always accommodating and polite. The theatre is always clean and presentable.
