The MEZZ is great! One can get in as a single just before the movie, but some managers don't like to grant access to non-pair patrons. I would like to see more accessibility there as it offers an Alamo Drafthouse type of service in a Santikos setting and we can use our membership points. Please consider easing the pair rules for members in matinees, for example... we could order single tickets to the mezz then.

I like the theater seating , reserved seats And selection of movies. What I don’t like is when I buy your tickets with the online app you can’t use the supersaver tickets it rejects them as not eligible. I spoke to a manager and he told me that the app is being upgraded because a lot of people are having the same problem. If I would’ve brought my supersaver tickets he would’ve compensated me. Lesson learned - get with the program Santikos

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The upstairs that is for adults 21 and up was the best experience I have had at a theater.
The seats were beyond comfortable and not only did you get free popcorn with your ticket, but you can also order a meal and enjoy a drink whether soda or an alcoholic beverage.

I love Santikos. Employing new technologies, placing such importance on community. Only downside I had recently was an employee (doing what they are supposed to) walking through the Imax theater with a tablet that was rather bright doing some type of check/inspection.

Cleanliness!
However, the theater was EXTREMELY COLD and the movie audio volume was far too LOUD. The overhead music in the waiting area and also restrooms was tooooo loud and very unnecessary. A little quiet music is calming or soft instrumental music more preferable that loud lyrics and music. Please consider lowering the volume! Thank you.

The popcorn machine at the Palladium Imax at the Rim is unbearably loud and makes a horrible screeching noise. I don't see how the employees could stand it. I feel sorry for them. It makes me not want to frequent this theatre.

The politeness of the employees was incredible and so was the high tech presentation and surround sound in our theater. Seats are always super comfortable too.
