What did you like about your Santikos experience?

When I first moved to San Antonio last May I visited the palladium theatre and spoke with the general manager about my health issue. Due to my kidney failure I am only allowed 32 ounces of fluid a day and in order to control this I chew on ice all day. I asked if I could bring my cup of ice into the theater and was given permission to do so. Now I see the same individuals checking tickets every time I attend a movie and every time they send me back to track down a manager to ask permission for my cup of ice. I wish that I could enjoy a soda now and then but I can’t. If I could eat your ice I would do so but its too large so I bring a cup of ice chips that are easy to swallow while watching the movie. Please let everyone know that I am not breaking any rules. The manager this evening wanted a name of who I talked to last May. I don’t have a name just that he was the general manager.

Everytime we go, either as a couple for date night or for a family night with the kids it's an awesome experience from the games to the drinks to the movies. We always have fun.

Friendly staff,well maintained facility, timely service at the concessions counter. It would be nice to be able to change reservations on the website.

Love love love pretty much any Santikos! My faves tho are the Palladium and Casa Blanca. Tons of stuff to do. Lots of “grown-up” activities. Nice place to hang out and get some conversation in before any movie.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I enjoy going to the Palladium location because it is always clean and the customer service is the best!
I want to give a shout out to Kendall who was bar tending that night. I really wanted a certain drink that was seasonal and she pulled everything together to make it happen. It was so nice of her to go out of her way to do that for me. She is great and we cant wait to visit her again!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The comfort of chairs, cleanliness and friendly staff. However at times, there isn't anyone in the bar area and we have to wait or flag someone down. Just a few days, we went there and we waited at the bar for at least 8 minutes. Finally someone came in a chef coat and asked what we needed but he didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. The bartender finally came out and said he was in the restroom. We didn't need to know that. We didn't get an apology from anyone so it seemed like it was normal to keep people waiting at the bar. Although the bartender was friendly and very talkative, we just didn't feel welcomed. Same thing happened on Wednesday. I know it was early but you should at least have someone available.
