The food is high quality. It doesn't usually take too long to get in line and get food from either of the 2 options. If you get the VIP seats, you get access to even better food. The reclining seats are a big win as well. what's not to like?

After a few disappointing visits a nice email from the manager apologizing for my latest visit. I love this location and will return hopefully next visit will be better.

Was able to resolve the issue for me. No fault of their own. I blame the Santikos overall policy and procedures for being so inflexible.

They were able to hear about my last visit which was not that good and reached out to me promptly and understood how a visit should be and took care of me well.

I did not get her name. There was one woman who helped me and my handicap mom to our seats.

She was wearing a brace on and arm had dark hair and a ponytail. She was so sweet and nice to my mom who was in a wheelchair. She went out of her way to help us with the food by carrying it with one hand, and making sure I knew where the pick up was and restroom was. She provided excellent customer service!

Penny at the bar was so nice and helpful. He was very patient with us and offered his assistance anytime we needed it. There needs to be more penny’s out there!!! Great service!!!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Always a nice clean theater. I love the mezz couples seats. I wish y'all carried Mexican coke or some non high fructose corn syrup soda option or if you would offer a decent sized cup for water with ice. I'm sure people might be using them to steal soda, but surely there's got to be a way that I don't feel like I need to smuggle in a cup with ice just so that I don't have to go out of the movie to refill it three times.
