The seating is excellent. I need an action film to keep me awake, as the recliner seats are so comfortable. Love the new offer, one small popcorn and one small drink for $5.75. Good deal!

I had an issue with my food order and the manager corrected it immediately. He also brought my food to me personally so I would not miss my movie. I was very impressed with the level of service and quality at the palladium.

Positive: We really like the VIP couple seats - well worth spending a few extra dollars for. Negative: I really don't like paying a service fee for online tickets when I am part of the rewards program.

Every employee greeted us and seemed to genuinely care about us as guests! We always feel like family when we go to the Palladium, the ticket taker Joe is always smiling and has the theaters memorized!

We like the service that we get from here kitchen staff as well as your counter staff for refreshments and treats. Also the ushers are most helpful in getting to the right Auditorium. The movie auditorium are always clean and well lit after the lights are out.
