We went to see the Joker at the Palladium, the Mezz. Well, I don't mind paying a little extra since we get the service at the Mezz. Tonight was a miss....we never got our popcorn. We did get our 2 drinks and that was it. I hit the button and the young lady did come over and turned it off and she said that the guy would be over soon to bring the popcorn. There was a tray with popcorn tubs on it which were being passed out. There were popcorn tubs still sitting there. My husband went to hit the button again and I told him not to since the young lady said the guy would be right over. Well, he picked up the tray and walked out. She brought the 2 men next to us their drinks and I stopped her and asked again. She said that he would be back with the popcorn. He never returned. Palladium is a great place to see movies but tonight at the Mezz just disappointed that we didn't get our popcorn. Upon leaving I did mention it to a young man at customer service then we left. My wife and I are both physically disabled which makes going to see a movie somewhat difficult. Yesterday we went to go see the movie "Ford Vs. Ferrari" and we were shown such kindness by all of the staff. But i would like to tell you about one employee in particular. From the moment we stepped in the building to the time we left, the sweetest lady named Jean was so gracious and helpful to us. She made sure that my wife and I had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. I have five ruptured vertebrae in my back due to a car accident. Walking very far is difficult for me and I often rely on a motorized scooter. i did not take it into the theater yesterday as it is inconvenient in tight places. When I stumbled a bit while I was going to the men's room, she offered to get a wheelchair if i needed it or one of the male employees to go in with me to make sure I was safe. My wife is waiting on a liver transplant therefore it is not immediately apparent that she is dealing with an illness. Jean noticed that my wife was having a bit of trouble and immediately stopped what she was doing to assist her. In between taking care to make sure we were doing well, we noticed that she gave the same attention to other movie patrons AND she was doing her assigned tasks as well. Jean is a wonderful representative and ambassador for your company.
The theatres are always very clean and inviting. I love the reclining chairs and trays for food and drinks.

What didn't I like !!!?
A full refund was issued when requested due to my error in purchasing tickets for the incorrect theatre. I appreciate their understanding and flexibility and look forward to sending them my business in the future.
