The food, the service that Penny gave her served drinks and food and was very nice and had great service. The loaded tater tots were very tasty and priced great too. The new seats are awesome too.

I'm a fan of the AVX theaters as they provide preselected seating, reclining seats and easy access to the VIP bar/restrooms on the second floor. The overall sound and visual experience is excellent.

Clean, organized, excellent customer service, local ownership, and professionally managed. Only one criticism to report. The popcorn at our last visit (an 11am showtime) tasted stale-not fresh.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

My husband and I dont get to go out often but when we do we always choose this theater first. We love The Mezz. Its perfect for a date night and the complimentary popcorn is a great perk. My family also loves this theater when we are having a family night out which isnt that often either.
I know this company offers a rewards program but if it had a subscription/member program with monthly movie tickets I'd purchase for my family.

I don’t like it when you have to show a ticket to get in at all to go to a bar or restroom because usually I’m meeting friends and we all arrive at different times.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

I love this theater. Only tint issue, no water bottles that you can bring in. My wife strictly drinks water and tequila. They could possible sell a reusable “santikos water bottle” for like 10 bucks and you can bring it in and get water from the attendants for like $1 every time you come in or something similar. Spending $5 on a water every time is just a lot (we always do mez and get food and soda/alcohol)
