This was our first time at the Palladium. We loved the seats-super comfortable. The service was great and the food was delicious. Also, every employee that we spoke to was super professional and friendly. It was also a funny movie we saw so that made the experience even better. Great job!

I like the privacy or the 2 seaters. I don't have to worry about being to close to anyone. Also i like the fact that small children are not allowed upstairs.

The facilities and the people. I like how the theaters are grand and have a theme. Ms
Most theaters don't have a theme and to me that sets santikos apart. Also the people working there are always very nice and seem happy to be there.

Everything was great from the front beak where we buy our ticket to wait staff inside the theater. The only thing is if Clarification when VIP tickets are bought that free water with the free popcorn is only for tap water and not bottle water. We were told free water and was not specify what free water was free. So when order water we chose bottle water and when the tab came out there was a charge. It was no big deal I understand that big of water bottle can not be free. So for future VIP buyers the clarification for the free water would help customers understanding because not all customers will be understanding.

The employee's are very welcoming and polite and the theater is always very clean. Everyone asks if everything is going ok and are there to help expand and take your experience to a whole other level and keep you coming back wanting more.

The #1 reason I go to Santikos almost exclusively is for their charitable work. The quality matches competitors but sometimes costs more, I WILL pay that difference because the amount that goes to charity in San Antonio is very important to me.
