What did you like about your Santikos experience?

It was a lets spend sister time to gather! We 3 love movies so we decided to go! The we're very friendly especially a nice lady who was the attendant was very pleasant and friendly the theater was very clean and we went to the grey Towers so it wasn't packed we ordered food and it was delicious the only downfall was it we had to go and pick it up instead of it being delivered to us overall our visit was wonderful we truly enjoyed the movie and we had a great time thanks

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The theater and seating arrangements are great! Food and drink options are fantastic. The comfort of the seats could be improved, and the elimination of the seat trays makes it almost impossible to enjoy all the food you can buy without making a mess. Those trays need to be brought back if people are expected to be able to enjoy the film without dropping food everywhere or running the risk of having someone step on your meal because you could ony hold one thing in your lap at a time.

The theatre is always clean and the temperature suitable for most people. The service at concessions is always quick so I never feel like I’m going to miss part of the show.
