The quality of the movie theater is amazing. The food is good, service is quick, variety is great, and I love the rewards system. Santikos is always my go-to movie theater in San Antonio.

Clean, personnel polite, love the reclining seats, like seeing security walk around and the guys that check tickets and bags are great!
Refreshments prices too high, but I do love popcorn!

Penny was amazing. His attention to customer service was outstanding. He has an upbeat attitude that I wish everyone had. He served us one drink in the bar area, but he made our day! We will come back to this location, because of him.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

Our Santikos Palladium experience is always a 10 in every way once we enter the building.
Our only frustration is that we cannot get a refund for a ticket purchased online unless we come into the building. Since we order all of our tickets thru the app and we are loyalty members, it would greatly improve our experience and eliminate our only frustration if this glitch could be fixed!
