I love the VIP experience, it’s like being at home but with food & beverage service. The seats are comfortable and private! Great service and well worth the price

We came to see Onward in 3D. I was disappointed when I had to go back to the front to get my 3D glasses. Other than that, the experience was very enjoyable.

I wanted to say that we like to use the VIP theater at the Palladium. My husband especially likes the seating because he feels it’s more private and has extra space.

Room for improvement: the “grand” staircase is filthy and the seats don’t go back far enough...it’s a bit uncomfortable.

"All" Santikos theaters are at the Top for "Customer Service. Friendly, courteous and helpful from the ticket off to the concession stands...and everything in between. They provide a safe and friendly environment to take a spouse or a date to the movies. Our family feels safe at Santikos....and we know that they care. Santikos is not a chain...they are family....and they make us a part of their family. Thank You Santikos....

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

After chatting with a manger by the name of Sarah - I feel very content with everything Santikos has to offer. The Palladium has always been a great theater and now that I live further out it is difficult to come as often as we used to. Regardless there is no other theater I’d rather visit than the Palladium. I will keep making the 35 mile drive to watch a movie in comfort. I love that a portion of my ticket cost goes back to our community! Thanks Sarah for explaining the break down of cost associated with ticket.

IMAX is fantastic! Reserved seating is important to me so i can ensure i sit where i like. Easy, safe, secure parking. Clean bathrooms, lobby and theaters. Amazing Soda selection. Popcorn is fresh and yummy. Kind and knowledgeable staff.
