Very nice theater and excellent service. Employees were very nice, helpful and professional. Like using the self service ticket kiosk, easy to use. Restrooms very clean. Refreshment centers a great idea and the do it yourself butter for the popcorn is super. Theater very clean and comfortable.

Palladium has many times to select a movie, however, they need to do a better job in keeping the female bathrooms clean. I didn’t have any soap in the soap dispenser to wash my hands.

I have always enjoyed going to Santikos theaters. My favorite and my main Santikos theaters are Santikos Palladium and Santikos Embassy 14. I have been going to Santikos Palladium for years and I love it there. I loved the way it looked inside before and I love what they have remodeled inside the theater. They have definitely stepped up in making a comfortable, enjoyable movie experience. Thank you Santikos for being a great movie theater! I hope to one day work for Santikos Corporate office and be apart of the Santikos community for San Antonio!
