They were prompt and did a great job cleaning our 2 couches, same day as calling. Very professional. Highly recommended. I called them after another company that was scheduled for 2 weeks came in and stated they couldn't complete the task, due to water residue?? Zerorez using the same method was able to get it done and the couches were dry within 3-4 hours.

We had Eric to come and clean our carpets in three bedrooms on Monday. Eric was able to tell us in great detail how Zerorez's cleaning process was going to be done and the ability of the cleaning to get our carpets cleaned. We knew all three bedrooms were going to require a great deal of cleaning in the high traffic areas of the rooms. When he was finished the carpets were looking like they were going to be okay, however, he told me if I was not completely satisfied once they dried, I could call them to let them know what I thought. In a couple of days I felt the high traffic areas were not as clean as I had hoped. I called and spoke to Joel at Zerorez and asked if Eric could maybe come back on Friday and re-do the high traffic areas in the rooms to see if he could maybe give those areas another cleaning. Joel, without hesitation, said he could certainly schedule Eric to come back on Friday. After Eric arrived, on Friday, he said he had brought another machine to use on the carpets to use to pull the extra dirt, which was down in the carpet to the top, of the high traffic areas and, this process did the job. We were very satisfied how the carpets have come clean. We are so delighted we had Eric to come clean our carpets and he was the best!! to work with. Thank you Eric and Joel for giving us such great carpet cleaning service!!!!
Carpets feel clean, not sticky, and seem to stay clean longer. Techs are pleasant and will give extra attention to problem areas.
